The 2nd Annual Beverly Hills Mutt Club Fashion Show, which took place in October, brought in a crowd to watch dogs strut their mutt.
The event featured stars, both human and canine, from the new Lifetime Television series “Off the Leash,” a reality show about the Hollywood animal talent agency Le Paws and how far dog owners will go to find stardom.
Dogs sported fashions by Ed Hardy, Animals Matter, Pooch Outfitters, Gooby Fashions, Kashwere, Pam Pet, including jewelry by Ann Mitchell Avery. Paws 2 Love leashes also debuted at the show.
Actress Phoebe Price was in attendance and also walked the ‘dogwalk.’
The “Off the Leash” Dream Team includes Miss Kisses, a Maltese, and owner Kitten; Yampa, a Great Dane, and owner Ranji; Mellow, a Yorkshire terrier, and owner Donna; Buddy, a Bedlington terrier, and owner Mimi; Bella, a Chihuahua, and owner Connie; Boo, a pug, and owner Monica; and Lola, a Pomeranian, and owners Ron and Melissa.
Ranji’s Yampa walked away as the winner. He will appear in Lifetime’s upcoming movie “Last Chance Café.”
Proceeds from the event went to The Greyhound Adoption Center. At press time, an amount had not been released.
