Due to concerns from several industry professionals, Luxury Pet Pavilion has cancelled the “cash and carry event” which was to take place at its Los Angeles 2009 Spring Show on March 8.
The event was originally planned to give exhibiting vendors the opportunity to market and sell their products to the public.
“One of the main concerns was that exhibitors didn’t want their items in the hands of the public before the stores,” said Stephanie Ellis, president of Luxury Pet Pavilion. “Also, the retail stores were questioning why the cash and carry event would be open to the public and not to them. I understand these concerns, which is why we canceled the event.”
